Provides reimbursement for unused, non-refundable, prepaid trip costs if a covered reason causes you to cancel your trip.
Provides coverage for additional costs incurred if the per-occupancy rate for your prepaid travel arrangement changes due to your travel companion being delayed, cancelling or interrupting the trip for a covered reason and you do not cancel your trip.
Provides reimbursement for unused, non-refundable, prepaid trip costs if your trip is interrupted due to a covered event, per the terms of your specific plan. Also provides reimbursement for additional transportation costs to return home or rejoin your group.
Reimburses you for reasonable out of pocket expenses incurred, such as accommodations, meals and local transportation if you are delayed during your trip for 6 hours or more due to a covered reason.
Reimburses you for additional transportation, reasonable local accommodations, and unused land or water arrangements if you miss your cruise or tour departure because your flight was cancelled or delayed for 3 hours or more due to adverse weather. (Available if coverage is not available elsewhere).
Covers non-refundable, prepaid event or activity expenses if a travel supplier changes the itinerary and the insured is unable to attend the scheduled event, provided it is not rescheduled. Reimburses the insured up to the maximum covered amount.
Pays for loss of limb or life as a result of an Accidental Injury while you are a passenger on a flight while on your covered trip. Loss must occur within 365 days of the date of the Accidental Injury.
Provides coverage if you are injured by a Travel Accident during your covered trip and you suffer the loss of life or limb.
Reimburses for emergency sickness that first manifests itself or accidental injury that occurs while on a trip. You must provide bills and medical records for claimed expenses. Lookback period may apply. *$50 deductible applies for Medical and Dental for residents of CT, IN, KS, MO, MT, VT, & WA. Medical coverage is primary in CT. Not applicable to the Pandemic Plus Plan.
By having the Pre-Ex Waiver, illnesses or injuries being treated during your lookback period (which is the 3-6 months prior to your policy’s purchase date) can still be covered. Without it, those illnesses or injuries may result in a denied claim. Illnesses or injuries that have been stable for more than 6 months are not considered pre-existing.
Provides medically necessary transportation to the nearest hospital or appropriate facility if you suffer an Accidental Injury or Emergency Sickness and the local facility does not have the necessary medical equipment or expertise to treat you. Repatriation can transport an insured’s remains back home. Coordination of either arrangement must be made by our designated assistance company.
Provides coverage for your baggage and covered personal effects if they are lost, damaged or stolen during your trip.
Provides reimbursement for the purchase of necessary items if your baggage is delayed for 24 hours or more during your trip.
Provides primary coverage if your rental car is damaged due to collision, fire, flood, theft, vandalism, windstorm, or hail. Note: Not all plans cover the same natural disasters. Be sure to review the coverage details of your specific plan.
Interruption for Any Reason is a travel insurance benefit that offers partial reimbursement for your prepaid, non-refundable land or water travel arrangements if you need to end your trip early for a reason not otherwise covered by your policy, as outlined in your plan’s term
This upgrade bundles a number of extra Trip Cancellation and Interruption perils that are necessary only to certain individuals, destinations, or suppliers depending on your plan design. It provides reimbursement if your trip is affected by any of the following unforeseen events: • Cancellation of Ticketed event • Military leave revoked • Civil commotion, riot, or unrest • Complications of pregnancy • Terrorist incident • Employment termination • Bankruptcy of travel supplier • E
CFAR (Cancel for Any Reason) is available for trip costs up to $10,000 per person. It reimburses 50–75% of non-refundable trip expenses (depending on the plan) if you cancel your trip for any reason at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure. To be eligible, CFAR must be purchased within 1 to 14 days (depending on the plan) of the date you make your first trip payment. Additional eligibility requirements apply, refer to the plan’s Description of Coverage for full details.

Stress Less Service. This amazing feature allows our clients to
potentially avoid fronting their own monies and going through a claim
reimbursement process. By contacting Aegis immediately when
experiencing any covered event such as a flight disruption, illness,
or injury, our team can coordinate the solution and pay for it on the
spot. This includes booking or rearranging flights and hotels,
coordinating medical care, or arranging a medical evacuation or
repatriation.
