As with our Stress Less Benefits service, Aegis has a unique and efficient claims reimbursement process that makes it simple to file and get compensated.
Here are some of the attributes of the Claims Reimbursement Process on Aegis’s policies:
Contact Aegis by Phone, Email, or Live Chat where one of our Call Center Specialists will help you determine the appropriate benefit(s) to file for & advise you on the backup documentation that will be necessary.
Your backup documentation will sometimes be pre-screened by our submission team to ensure the correct items have been obtained.
You’ll receive an email with your claim forms & access to our online portal where you’ll be able to submit everything & check your claim’s status..
Your claim will typically be processed within 7-10 business days from the point where all information has been accurately submitted.
Assuming you have a valid claim, your reimbursement check will be mailed to you.
