Stress Less Service is a non-insurance service through Aegis/OnCall International and is separate from insurance benefits underwritten by United States Fire Insurance Company, Zurich American Insurance Company & Starr Indemnity & Liability Company.

*Benefits and limits may vary by state. Please read your Policy for specific terms and conditions.

Insurance coverages underwritten by United States Fire Insurance Company, Principal Office located in Morristown, New Jersey, under form series T7000 et al, T210 et al and TP-401 et al, and non-insurance Travel Assistance Services provided by Aegis General Insurance Agency.

*Trip Cancellation/Interruption: All optional coverages come at an additional cost. Covered perils for Trip Cancellation/Interruption and Optional Trip Cancellation/Interruption are not identical. Additional terms apply. 

*Free Look Period: 15 days in MO.

*Rental Car Damage: Not available if renting in MT or HI.

*Medical: Not applicable in MO; coverage is secondary.

*Pre-Ex Waiver: Not applicable in MO pre-ex lookback period is 90 days before effective date. This is a Waiver for the Pre-Existing Medical Condition Exclusion. You must be medically able to travel at the time the plan cost is paid. The look back period specified in your plan is the number of days prior to your effective date of coverage

*Missed Connection: Two separate benefits are offered with distinct limits -Missed Trip Connection and Missed Flight Protection. Please see plan documents for full details.

*COVID-19: Is treated the same as any other sickness as defined by the plan. Coverage could apply if a benefit is triggered and is not limited to the benefits listed.

*Political, Natural Disaster Evacuation, and Search & Rescue: Benefits are not available in MT.

*Search & Rescue: Upgrade is not available in MO.

*Political or Security Evacuation and Natural Disaster Evacuation: Upgrade is available up to $75,000 for both.

Insurance coverages underwritten by Zurich American Insurance Company, a New York domiciled company with its principal place of business at 1299 Zurich Way, Schaumburg, IL 60196 (NAIC # 16535).

*Free Look Period: Customers may cancel within 21 days in CT, KS, MO, MT, VT, and WA, or within 30 days in IN, NH, and UT.

*Rental Car Damage: Coverage includes a $100 deductible. Not available for rentals in Costa Rica, Ireland, Jamaica, or Mexico.

*Medical Coverage: A $50 deductible applies in CT, IN, KS, MO, MT, VT, and WA.

*Pre-Existing Condition Waiver: Not applicable in NH (already included). Not applicable in FL and ID, where a 30-day lookback period applies prior to the date premium is received.

*Annual Preferred Plan – Non-Depleting Limits: For annual preferred policies purchased on or after December 1, 2025, benefit limits are non-depleting and reset to their full value after each approved claim. This applies to all benefits within the policy, including Trip Cancellation. For policies purchased prior to this date, traditional benefit limits apply, after a claim is paid, only the remaining balance of the benefit is available.
